Biography

Began his collegiate career at Notre Dame (2009-10) before playing his final three seasons at Tennessee. Played in 36 games (25 starts) as a Volunteer, seeing his most action at left guard along the offensive line.

COLLEGE

2013: Started 11-of-12 games as a senior, including the final five. Helped the Vols’ offensive line to lead the way for 2,261 rushing yards, the most by a Tennessee team since the 2004 season.

2012: Saw time as both a reserve lineman and reserve tight end, playing in all 12 games as a junior (two starts). The Tennessee offense averaged 475.9 yards per game and 315.6 passing yards per game, ranking 20th and 15th in the country, respectively.

  • Bullard and the offensive line allowed only eight sacks in 2012, ranking fourth in the NCAA.
  • Started at tight end vs. No. 1 Alabama (10/20).
  • Helped the Vols pile up a school-record 718 yards of total offense vs. Troy (11/3).

2011: Played in and started every game of the season, including the final six games at center.

  • Made his first-career start vs. Montana (9/3) and aided UT’s 439 yards of total offense.

2010: Moved from guard to tackle in his final season at Notre Dame. Made his college football debut against Michigan State on special teams.

2009: Redshirted as a freshman at Notre Dame.

PERSONAL
Selected to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s Super Southern 100 as a prep at Brentwood (Tenn.) Academy under head coach Ralph Potter, leading his team to the Division II Class AAA State Championship title in 2007. Named to Division II All-State Team by Tennessee Sports Writers Association following his senior season.

  • Late father, Louis Bullard, was an offensive lineman with the Seattle Seahawks (1978-80) out of Jackson State.
