Reggie Bush was a full participant in practice Wednesday and expects to play Sunday vs. Chicago

The first injury report of the week is out and there are a few new names on the list for the Detroit Lions.

Receiver Calvin Johnson (knee), guard Rob Sims (shoulder) and safety Louis Delmas (knee) did not take part in the first practice of the week today.

Neither did receiver Nate Burleson, who had surgery to repair a broken left forearm.

Defensive end Ziggy Ansah (abdomen), safety Don Carey (hamstring), receiver Patrick Edwards (ankle), tackle Jason Fox (groin), linebacker DeAndre Levy (abdomen) and linebacker Ashlee Palmer (ankle) were all limited participants.

Fox, Edwards and Carey missed last week’s game in Washington.

Ansah left Sunday’s game briefly because of the injury, but did finish.

Running back Reggie Bush, who did not play vs. the Redskins, was a full participant in practice for the first time since suffering a knee injury two weeks ago in Arizona. He is expected to play Sunday vs. Chicago.

"It was good to get back in there today and get back to the swing of things," Bush said. "Get my feet back underneath me and just start to lay out this foundation getting ready for the Chicago Bears."
